Don’t discount contacting and state level writer’s associations as well. Graphics

Any company that has a marketing and sales arm will need the help of a good graphic designer from time to time. This is true for print projects as well as web sites, online ads, and other types of electronic public relations.

Still, you may find that outsourcing would be more cost effective for your situation, rather than keeping someone on staff to handle graphic design. If that is the case, here is some information to help you outsource your graphic design needs to the right person.

Finding a competent person or persons to handle your graphic design projects may be as simple as checking with a local graphic design company. For a monthly fee, you can open and maintain an account with one of these firms.

In exchange, they will support your graphic design needs within a specified set of perimeters. You would also be entitled to discount rates for any projects that fall outside the scope of the basic services. Depending on your location, the monthly fee could be anywhere from a few hundred dollars to around $1,000.00 per month.

Independent graphic designers are also found via the Internet as well. A query for graphic designers will turn up not only a bevy of web sites advertising graphic designers, but also several job boards that you can use to advertise for a specific project.

Most of these sites will have guidelines about what to put in the ads, so you will be able to supply the right information to attract quality applicants. Depending on the complexity of the project, you can expect to spend anywhere from a few hundred dollars up to several thousand dollars.

It is important to remember that you will be at a distinct disadvantage if you wait until the last minute to advertise for help with a graphic design project. If at all possible, begin the process at least one to two months before you need the final product delivered.

That gives you plenty of time to evaluate each application as well as allowing the graphic designer of your choice the time to thoroughly complete your project.

3) Authority - One of the most beneficial aspects of article marketing is that it can easily label you as an expert. If your articles are high-quality and you provide real world value to your visitors, then you will be seen in the eyes of your visitors as an expert in your niche. How can this help you? Well, it makes selling to your visitors a lot easier because they already know who you are and they trust your judgement. You can’t convert any sales without trust, and articles are a good way to create trust for yourself by making yourself to appear as an authority figure.

Overall, article marketing is great for any aspect of your business. It may be grueling work to write articles and submit them to directories, but there are shortcuts to everything. You can always outsource quality writers to write your articles for you, and you can use submission software and services in order to spread your articles to the web faster. 1. Clear Aim – Ensure that your purpose is one i.e. to get your visitor to buy your products or sign up for your newsletter. Everything on your page should be subtly directed towards achieving this goal only.

2. Different Keywords, Different Pages – Make sure your squeeze pages are differentiated based on the various visitors who come looking for things on your site. Different people are looking for different things – and this difference in keywords and aims should be reflected in your page. Don’t have the same page for a spunky, young teenager looking for something hip and for a conservative, middle-aged person looking for something reliable. They just don’t fit, see?

3. The Bigger The Bolder – Keep the big advantages and benefits in the most noticeable spaces. Make sure your headlines include your best offers as these are what stick in people’s heads most.

4. Simple Layout – As already mentioned, keep your design of the page simple. Too much information in complicated ways, confuse your visitor. Don’t use gimmicky things like flashing logos and bright, neon colors. Stick to black against white, and colors for headings alone.

5. Get Psychological – Use words and triggers that make people react in a certain way. Keywords like “Absolutely”, “Shocking”, “100 per cent”, “Guaranteed” are guaranteed to make your visitor take note. See what I mean?

6. Smooth Does It – Re-read your page to see if anything seems too clunky. Try and make your page as smooth a read, as possible. No one wants too much of verbose prose written in distractingly long sentences.

7. Make Them Act! – Have lots of buttons that read “Buy Now!”, “Subscribe Today” “Add to Cart” and so on. Have them liberally all over your page. Some visitors are easier to turn into customers than others and may not have the time or inclination to scroll all the way down to your page. Don’t make them.

8. Quick, Now, Right-away! – Give your customer a feeling of emergency. Give them time-bound offers, so that they feel inclined to buy things right away. Keep changing these offers or some visitors might think you just lie about the time limits. You could also try keeping a sale where the prices rise with every 50 or 100 purchases, that way your customer won’t want to hang around for the price to rise and buy it right away.

9. Snap – Have a picture of yourself on the page. Smiling, looking as reassuring as you can. People will know you’re not a robot and they might just trust you more.

I’m 100% sure if that you just incorporate a few of the suggestions above your list conversions will increase substantially. Remember, your idea on a squeeze page is just to get the visitor to enter their emails, nothing more, nothing less. Don’t confuse your visitors, entice them with a free offer, and make it clear that they need to subscribe in order to get the goodies.

All the search engines deploy spiders to discover quality content (not duplication) and
when they find a site that contains said content they index it.  This is what you want to
happen with your website, once it gets indexed and starts to get high traffic numbers your
site is going to show up in search engine results.  But what if you are not a writer or don’t
have time to write all the content you need to make your website better?

The answer to this question is PLR articles (Private Label Rights).  These are articles you
can purchase from writers that can be modified or changed to suit your needs.  The topics
available are too numerous to mention – the world of PLR articles covers any topic you
can imagine and from multiple angles.

Most packs of PLR articles are sold in multiples of the same topic, find one available that
makes sense to post on your website – about your product or services or something your
customers would be interested in.  For instance, if you sold special albums to stamp
collectors you might want to find PLR articles on the subject of stamp collecting.  When
a stamp collector started typing in key words into a search engine, the goal would be for
the PLR articles you have posted to your site to come up in the results.  Once a visitor
clicks through to your site, they will see the stamp albums you have for sale.

Rewrite the articles as often as you like making certain that the message is still clear and
the content is still considered high-quality to the search engine spiders.  Don’t be tempted
to change a few words and post the same article to your site multiple times.  This will not
help you.  You want unique content; duplication can have the opposite affect on your
index rating and website page ranks.  Don’t stop adding new PLR articles either, keep a
look out for more PLR articles that fit your niche market – they are a small investment
that can reap large traffic rewards.  The more people you can drive to your website, the
better chance you have of selling your products and services.

Oh yeah – and one last tip. When you are using your PLR articles as content for your website
make sure that the topic of your PLR article matches the keyword you are trying to reach
in google. Your articles should have a keyword density of 2-5% for the keyword you want
to show up in the SERPs. Of course your article needs to appear natural and sound like a human
read it as well.

1. Quality: You want to make sure that the content inside your PLR material is worth reading. If your visitors find no value in your content then you are not going to make sales or get them to subscribe to your list. This is why it’s important for your PLR products to have quality – your content needs to be informative or give your readers value – because if they don’t then unfortunately you wasted money.

2. Exclusivity: Whenever you buy PLR products make sure that the number of people it’s distributed to is limited. I would usually recommend under 500 people, but in reality, I would guess that less then 20% of the people who buy private label rights actually use them so you can get away with 1000 or less. The one thing you don’t want is your PLR product to be all over the internet. Not only does it make more work for you in terms of re-writing the content, but it also creates more competition in whatever niche you are trying to dominate.

3. Factual: Make sure the information in your PLR content is actually factual. If you buy rights to a product that’s all wrong then your visitors are going to spot it (especially if they are educated in their niche). That’s why it’s important to know who’s providing you with your PLR products, trust is everything in the PLR game – so find a distributor or two that you trust and stick with them!

4. Stolen or free material: A lot of time PLR distributors will “steal” content that they don’t even have rights to and call it their own. Not only is this illegal, but it puts you at risk because if the owner finds out your using his content he’s going to blame you – not the PLR distributor. Make sure the PLR products you get are original. Otherwise you might find yourself in some trouble down the road. Also make sure that the content you getting isn’t free on the internet – people like to give sell free “PLR” content for a quick buck – but you’re smarter then to fall for that – aren’t you?

So there you have it, the 4 things I look for when buying PLR products. If you follow the 4 guidelines above, the PLR content you get should be high quality, limited, and informational. Sometimes it’s worth paying a little bit extra for your PLR products if it’s sold to less people because the less people who have the same private label rights – the less re-writing you have to do to make your content appear unique.

Decide What Type of PLR You Are Going To Deliver: Are you going to be selling an eBook? Article parks are also profitable (5-20 written articles on a specific niche). If that idea doesn’t entice you – you can combine both the article pack and the eBook for a super PLR package.

Pick A Topic: Okay now that you know what format you want to deliver your PLR content in you need to pick a topic (aka a niche). Writing about something you are passionate about (your hobbies) will probably come easiest – but a little research on google about a hot niche trend may prove to be the most profitable. Decide what you want your PLR content to be on.

Start Writing: Here is some tips when writing a PLR eBook – quantity is as important as quality. Most of the time marketers value how big your eBook is as an indicator as quality (because they usually have nothing else to go by then perhaps a writing sample). So focus on LENGTH and Quality to be able to sell to the biggest audience.

Create A License: After you finish your PLR material – you may want to create a license file to be included. A license file explains to the marketer what he can or cannot do with your material. It’s usually in your best interest to offer some type of restrictions on your content just so your information can stay protected and not saturated. This helps limit the exposure to your content and keeps it from being saturated.

People on the Warrior Forum and Digital Point are always looking for PLR packages to buy – so as long as your content is good and you sell it at a competitive price you will make some money. My only suggestion is – start selling on forums just to build your credibility – once you have a list of routine buyers – it may be easier, and more profitable for you to continue to sell your PLR only to them. Why? Because they may be willing to pay more and they already know your writing style.

So there you have it, the 5 easy steps to creating and selling your own PLR content. Most people think that to make money with PLR you have to sell the PLR package to as many people as possible – but they don’t think about the opposite spectrum – about being the PLR provider. You will have a stable source of clients because PLR content is always in demand.

PROS:
*Cost Effective
Because PLR content is custom-written and then sold to a group of people the PLR distributor is able to make a profit and the group of people buying the content are getting it for dirt-cheap. This makes PLR content a very cost effective solution for your content needs.

*Unique Content
If your PLR distributor is any good (like us ) then the content you receive should only be given to you and the group of buyers. This allows PLR content to be unique to only a select few individuals. PLR is effective because it saves you time from writing your own content

*Exclusivity
PLR content is popular because it’s only given to a select group of people. If you use free content found on the internet, everybody and their mother has access to it. PLR content is usually exclusive, only given to a select few individuals, and as a result all you need to do is tweak your content a little bit for it to look original.

*All packaged and ready to go
A lot of times in PLR packages you will get a complete mini site design, along with articles, keywords and more. This makes your PLR content ready “to go” out the box.

CONS:
*Can become saturated
If you use your PLR content the way it’s given to you the information will become old real quick. This is why it’s important to edit your PLR articles and content so that it remains unique. If you download PLR material and use it as is you’d be shooting yourself in the foot because everyone else will be doing the same thing.

*Hundreds of others may have the same content
It’s really important when you buy your PLR content to make sure that your distributor has a sale limit – otherwise hundreds of other people may have your content – and that means more re-writing for you. I strongly suggest that EVERY single piece of PLR content you receive should be edited in some way, but the more people that have it – the EVEN more you have to edit it to the point where you could have just written the thing by yourself.

*Needs to be edited/revised
You will limit your profit potential if you use the PLR content the way it’s given to you. PLR should be used as a guide as your content, but not for the actual content yourself. Simple edits can be done to your content to make it unique and to serve your purposes, but if you don’t edit or revise the content your visitors will know this and you will hurt sales/conversions. Think of it like this, the more people that provide the same exact unchanged content on their websites and other products, the more the search engines will notice and not give credence to it.  This is the type of competition you don’t want.  If you do decide to use your PLR content as-is, not only will you have competition from clones, you will have to lower the price of your content in order to stay competitive with the others. This in essence, lowers the value of the content.

So there you have it. PLR content has it’s pros and cons and most of them are inter-related. The main pros of PLR content is that you have custom content ready to use at your disposal. The main con of PLR content is that this content is shared with others and it’s not exclusive to you. That means it’s really important to edit your PLR files to suit your needs. PLR can be a cost-effective solution for your content needs, but it shouldn’t be your CONTENT the way as it is, tweak it to suit your purposes and you will profit greatly

You say to yourself

“Okay, I have all this PLR Content but what am I going to do with it”

Most people simply re-upload their PLR content on a domain similar to the eBook title and throw some traffic up and hope to make some money.

Yeah, you may be lucky sometimes if you go for this blind and pray method, but real marketers know that if you really want to make money with your PLR Content then you have to get creative.

So lets get creative!

1) Pay a ghostwriter to re-write your PLR and sell the package
I usually recommend my clients to re-write parts of their PLR content themselves or pay a ghost writer to do it. If you want your product to stand out, it has to appear unique in the market place. If you use the standard cookie-cutter PLR template, sure you may get lucky and make some sales but you are really limiting yourself from profiting big because your visitors may have already seen your product on the web. If you pay a ghostwriter to re-write your PLR content it may cost you anywhere from $100-$300. The pricetag may seem like a huge sum at first, but in reality it’s not. You will now have your own complete custom eBook, different from the herd and ready to market. You can tweak the graphics of the salespage and the salesletter as well to even make you further stand out. If you outsource everything, you can probably get a whole revamp of your PLR material for under $500. Creating a new salesletter, product design, eBook content + more would take a lot of personal time or $1000+ if you were to outsource. The power of PLR allows you to cut the time (or money) by up to 70% sometimes, so you can get your UNIQUE product in the market place at rapid pace. Now all you need is traffic to your site and you are ready to bank

2) Sell it on eBay
If you are looking for some quick cash you can sell your PLR content on eBay. So many people don’t think about selling on eBay because they think it’s already over saturated or that no one will buy what you have. Depending on the niche, I can tell you from experience that you can DEFINITELY sell on eBay. I personally would edit ½ of the eBook out and make a condense version and sell it on eBay for a very low price ($10 or under). Not many people on eBay would want to spend over $10 and giving your WHOLE PLR eBook in it’s full version for under $10 would put you at risk for underselling your content. Also, if you want your eBook to stay exclusive, you can KEEP the PLR content but change the eCover graphics and offer NO rights. That way people will think you are selling your own original eBook.

3) Blog Posting
PLR content is a great way to feed your “niche” blogs. Many marketers don’t use their PLR eBooks as blog food because they don’t see the value in it. Let their short-sightedness be your goldmine! A well written PlR eBook can give you enough content to update your blog with to up to a month. Trust me, if you can keep visitors coming back daily to your blog with fresh content then you can definitely make money (either through affiliate links, product recommendations, or having them opt into your list). So yeah, use your PLR content to feed your blog posts, just edit up your PLR content so it remains unique.

4) E-mail Marketing
A great way to gain subscribers to your list is to offer them something free. You can copy the first 3-5 pages of your PLR eBook and offer it to your subscribers in a report if they sign up to your opt in list. Obviously, if they want the full eBook they would have to purchase it from your site. So not only are you giving out your subscribers a “demo” of the actual eBook, if they like it, you are making it easier for them to buying it by having them on your list. You can always do what I recommended above in Blog Posting as well and split your PLR content into an auto-responder series. At the end of the series recommend them to buy your whole course or an affiliate product.

5) Offer it in another PLR Package
PLR Firesales can be very profitable – especially if your package is exclusive and never seen before. After a few months of profiting from your PLR content, you can profit more by putting all your PLR content into a “Firesale”. What’s a firesale? It’s a huge collection of eBooks, softwares, scripts and more. Usually the visitor can’t pass up the opportunity because he knows if he does he won’t ever get a chance at it again. That is why firesales have to be limited to create a sense of urgency. If you offer 2.5 gigabytes of content for $47.00, a person would have to be a fool for not wanting to buy it.

So there you have it, 5 ways to profit from your PLR Content. There are a lot of other ways you can make money from PLR (which you can find inside our membership area) but the above should keep you mind flowing for new ideas for a while

Most people don’t even attempt to create their own products because they feel it is a long, daunting, challenging task, I am here to debunk some myths, and give insight on how one would create their very own products fairly easy.

1) Find A Niche
How would you go about finding a niche? I’ll give you some clues. What are the hobbies you have? What are things you do on a daily basis? What type of advertisements do you see in newspaper? On the television? Can you market to these niches online?

2) Discover Their Problem
People like to buy into “instant solutions”. Once you find a niche, identify their problems, and once you come up with a list of their problems, all you have to do is answer them. Sounds hard? It really isn’t. Once you discover the niche you are going to be pursuing, I suggest looking over some community forums to get a “general” feeling of the niche.

You can just type in google *Your Niche* Forums and sign up with the top 5-10 forums, or you can look at http://www.big-boards.com and see if you can find forums related to your niche at that website.

Try to get inside the mind of you niche, what do they want, how do they want it, and how will you be able to deliver it to them?

3) Offer A Solution
Once you find some problems in your niche (remember, for it to be a problem, they have to be already looking for solutions, which means, if you try to make them feel that they have a problem when they really don’t, you are going to convert at a lower rate) you are going to offer some solutions.

How do you become a guru in an online niche? Find solutions to the collection of problems you are going to be selling.

How? Yahoo Answers, Message Boards, Friends, etc.

Your whole purpose is to give information to your customer so they don’t have to do the research. By creating the product, you are investing your time and energy so that your potential customer won’t have to. If you can find the answers to their problems online for free, they probably can too, except, they don’t have the time too, or at least don’t want to use their time to find the solution.

Humans are lazy, and want instant satisfaction, use that too your advantage, don’t be lazy, put in some work.

4) Other Tips

Many people like to manage their time wisely and outsource their work, and although this may be efficient, it is HOW you outsource that determines the quality of your product.

I wouldn’t go to a dentist to get information on driving a car, so why should you? Instead of paying money to have your content written by freelancers, why don’t you go straight to the horses mouth and pay them for their knowledge.

What I am trying to say is, go to established forums on your niche, and ask the “experts” in the field if you can ask them some questions, or pay them to write a report for you. Since these people aren’t marketers, not only are you getting high quality information, but you are getting it for cheap.

Now how do you market your product? Just name all the “problems” your ebook is going to solve into the salespage. Remember, this is a blog post, not a guide, so I have to leave you to think for yourself, but just remember, list benefits of your products ; and less features.

If you can find the problems your product corrects, you can find your customers.

It’s really easier then it sounds, if you are using google adwords bid on the keywords that are the problems your niche has, and make your advertisement the solution.

Look on forums where people face these problems, and PM the users privately saying you have the solution, and you can offer it to them at a discounted price (show them your sales page, and then create another page with a discounted price so that they feel good).

Creating and selling a product online is as simple as

1) Finding a product

2) Create a report that offers the solution

3) Find out where the people with the “problems” hang out

4) Throw up your solution in their face.

This may sound simple, but that’s because it really is simple. Product Creation is simple – that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Follow the plan but you are definitely going to need to put in some elbow grease to get things flowing.
